Treats fish with velvet parasites. The active ingredient in Velvet Control can be toxic to fish in soft water. Use velvet control when:

- a dull yellowish dust can be seen on the top of the back, fins and eyes
- fish flick or rub themselves against objects
- fish show rapid gill movement and gasping at water surface
- fins clamp up tight and fish appear to be hanging at the water surface
